SRT Logistics has extensive coverage in Tasmania and offers seamless intrastate and interstate logistics.

Transport & Distribution

SRT’s transport operations are built on scale, reliability, and control. Our fleet includes:

  • 170+ vehicles, from small delivery trucks to prime movers

  • 200+ trailers and 120 refrigerated containers

  • Cooltrax live monitoring for GPS tracking and real-time temperature control

SRT have 24/7 operations and employ over 420 people in our Tasmanian and national depots — ensuring consistent service delivery and local expertise across our network.

With Tasmanian distribution hubs in Brighton, Western Junction, and Quoiba, SRT provide extensive coverage across the State.

To ensure consistent Bass Strait freight movement and multi-port redundancy year-round, we maintain strong partnerships with TT-Line, Searoad Shipping, and Straitlink.

Warehousing

SRT operates four refrigerated distribution centres:

  • Brighton, Western Junction, and Quoiba in Tasmania

  • Laverton North in Victoria

Each site offers chilled, frozen, and dry storage, sealed loading docks, and cross-docking environments to protect product integrity. Our warehouse teams manage storage, and cross-docking services for leading food brands and supermarkets.

All facilities meet HACCP and customer specific accreditations and are regularly audited to meet stringent standards.
