SRT Logistics is a proudly Tasmanian logistics company with a national footprint and a reputation built on safety, reliability, and innovation. Founded in 1996 by Jim Miller as Statewide Refrigerated Transport, SRT Logistics began as a small Hobart-based operation and has grown to become Tasmania’s most trusted refrigerated and dry food supply chain provider.
Under the leadership of Jim’s sons, Rob and Brent Miller, SRT expanded significantly beyond its Tasmanian roots. Their vision and commitment to operational excellence saw the company grow into a national provider, with services extending to Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, with a workforce of over 420 employees in 2025. Rob and Brent were instrumental in shaping SRT’s culture, driving innovation, and building strong partnerships with some of Australia’s most iconic food manufacturers, producers, and retailers.
In May 2025, SRT Logistics was acquired by ASX listed company, Lindsay Australia, forming the nation’s largest refrigerated logistics network. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Lindsay Australia, SRT Logistics continues to operate with the same family values and customer-first philosophy that have defined its journey. This partnership enhances reach and capabilities, giving Tasmanian producers access to a fully integrated road, rail, and sea network with nationwide coverage through the expanded network of over 35 dedicates sites servicing Lindsay Transport and Lindsay Rural customers.
